2006年、2009年获沈阳药科大学药学学士、中药学硕士学位，2012年获北京协和医学院生药学博士学位，2012年8月至今在协和药物研究所工作，2019年8月至2020年12月以国家公派访问学者身份在美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校生物化学与化学生物学系从事酶催化机制研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项，参加国家重点研发计划等6项基金的研究工作。发表研究论文80余篇，申请发明专利8项。主要研究成果发表在nature chemical biology、journal of the american chemical society和acta pharmaceutica sinica b等国际知名学术期刊。获2017年第十三届全国医药卫生青年科技论坛优秀科技论文一等奖、2018年中国医学科学院药物研究所“梁周黄于刘青年科技奖”一等奖等学术荣誉。任《药学学报》中英文两刊青年编委，《chinese journal of natural medicines》青年编委，作为骨干入选2018科技部“药用天然产物合成生物学创新团队”。

研究方向为药用天然产物生物合成与合成生物学研究，专注于运用现代分子生物学、生物信息学、化学生物学、结构生物学、合成生物学等技术从中药植物、特殊生境微生物中发现、揭示复杂结构活性天然产物生物合成关键酶基因的功能及酶催化分子机制；结合分子模拟、理性设计和定向进化等酶定向改造技术，设计、改造生物合成酶，开展天然产物的酶催化结构修饰改造，重构生物合成途径，通过微生物细胞工厂进行重要活性复杂结构天然产物的异源生产，高效、可设计性合成结构多样的创新药用活性分子。
