科研队伍

1992年毕业于东北师范大学化学系,获学士学位;1995年毕业于东北师范大学有机化学专业,获硕士学位;1998年毕业于中国医学科学院,中国协和医科大学药物研究所药物化学专业,获博士学位。1998年9月至2000年10月工作于药物研究所,任助理研究员。2000年11月到2003年12月在美国加洲大学戴维斯癌症研究中心和弗吉尼亚理工大学做博士后。2004年2月回到药物所工作,先后任助理研究员、副研究员和研究员。

药物分子设计与合成
针对肿瘤、糖尿病和精神神经系统等疾病领域的生物大分子靶标,整合结构生物学和理性药物分子设计策略,设计合成新结构的小分子化学实体,寻找新机制和新机构的先导结构,开展活性和成药性优化,进行新药创制。
