以化学生物学为基础,运用化学方法和技术手段,探索生物体内的分子事件,从分子水平认识生命现象的本质,探讨疾病机制。以新药研发为主线,主要针对肿瘤、传染性疾病以及关节炎等重大疾病,开展新型疾病诊断试剂及治疗药物研发,为人类健康提供服务。具体研究内容包括:
