代谢紊乱是疾病的主要原因,为新药研发提供了潜在靶点和重要依据。我们开发先进的质谱成像技术及多功能液相色谱-质谱联用方法,旨在获取生物体代谢网络及其调控规律的新认识,同时致力代谢发现的转化应用。目前的研究工作分为以下方面:
