科研队伍

2015年毕业于中国医学科学院药物研究所,生药学专业,获理学博士学位,导师戴均贵研究员,同年留所工作。2018年9月获聘为副研究员,硕士生导师。获得2020年中国药学会青年药学论坛优秀论文一等奖、2020年中国医学科学院药物研究所“梁周黄于刘青年科技奖”三等奖、2015年北京市优秀毕业生以及国家奖学金等荣誉。作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上基金项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项;作为子课题负责人或骨干人员参与了中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程、国家“十三五”重大新药创制专项等课题。发表sci论文20余篇,包括nature communications、nature chemistry、organic letters、advanced synthesis & catalysis、journal of agricultural and food chemistry、applied and environmental microbiology等国际知名期刊论文。申请专利5项,其中授权1项。

研究方向为药用天然产物的生物合成与酶法结构修饰。主要研究内容为1. 解析复杂药用天然产物生物合成途径中的新颖关键酶及其催化机制;2. 利用分子生物学手段,拓宽酶的底物谱,开发工具酶,应用于目标分子的高效酶法合成;3. 构建人工生物合成途径,高效生产活性天然及非天然药物,解决创新药物的来源问题。
